The project includes the public spaces, including the main Lobby area, Lounge Areas, Corridors, Guest Rooms and the stair and elevator cores.
The building, 19 stories, provides 198 luxury condominiums, and opened on schedule in 2011. The project includes custom furniture and lighting for all public spaces and guest rooms.
