This residential project is a project by Tim power Architects for the creative director of one of Milans largest advertising agency. Completed in 2001, it is located outside of Milan in Lesmo.

The second residential project is the restructuring of an 18th century villa. All 4 floors of the palazzo have been re configured and restructured.  On the top two floors is a very large but simple residence for a single male. The lower two floors contain rental and service quarters. Large opening were created to fill the previously dark spaces with natural light. All new materials are natural.

Also involved in the restructuring was the exterior and the garden.
