TIM POWER
Tim Power is an American Architect, based in Milan, Italy.
Born in Santa Barbara in 1962, and raised between Northern California, Southern California, and Hawaii, in 1985 he graduated with a Degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University. Subsequently, he graduated in Architecture (Dipartimento B.E.S.T. – Building, Environment, Sciences and Technology) from the Milan Polytechnic. Tim Power is licensed to practice Architecture in Italy and EU countries.

Tim Power works on projects and research following a multidisciplinary approach, spanning across different curricular disciplines. His Professional endeavors and Academic interests encompass Landscape Urbanism, Architecture, Product and Interior Design and Contemporary Art.

Our design process is based on focusing on the essential elements of the project program in order to establish a clear understanding of the priorities specific to each project, and, by carefully weighing the numerous and complex inputs and filtering out the unessential factors, we aim to create projects that synthesis function, concept and form.
TP/A aims to produce added value in all its projects, be they for the private or public, large or small, and maintains this approach through constant dialogue with the client, consultants, contractors and end-users.
Our constant vigilance and dedication to safeguard our clients’ budgets, programmatic requirements, cultural and economic aspirations leads us to provide extremely innovative results at high standards, often at surprisingly modest overall costs.TP/A has completed highly acclaimed projects ranging from interiors, to buildings and planning projects and have allowed the studio to achieve an ever-increasing level of excellence on projects of different scales’. Dedicated to the preservation of the natural environment, we have been working with environmental issues in mind since our very first project. We avoid the forthright use of the word ‘sustainability’, yet abide by its base concepts with a broad and deeply rooted respect for the eco-system, trying to give back more to the planet than we take from it.
