This installation, designed with the Muji advisory team, constitutes the first Muji cultural exhibit in Europe
Housed in a historic naval manufacturing complex, the exhibit introduced the philosophy of Muji to the general public of the International furniture fair, 2003.
Over 10000 people attended the exhibition, which lasted but 5 days.
Large graphic panels and objects were positioned opposite each other to complete the perimeter, with furniture and a glowing polypropylene box occupying the central area.
The exhibition, produced under the guidance of a major and important figure in international and Japanese design, was heralded as one of the Salones major events and has aided iin the stimulation of curiosity and interest in Muji throughout the design community.
